1 Robert L.H. appeals an order denying his WIS. STAT.Â§ 974.06 (2007-08) motion for post-conviction relief. The circuit court denied relief after an evidentiary hearing. The issues are whether Robert is entitled to withdraw his plea and in the alternative, whether he is entitled to a new sentencing hearing. We conclude that he is entitled to neither, and therefore affirm.
